Sin was stood as still as a statue, one leg in the land of Milk and Cookies, the other in the Nightmare realm. She was in two places at once, and it pleased her to be able to say she had achived a near impossible feat. Sort of. Her raven black hair slid past her shoulders in a waterfall affect. Her cold red eyes scanned her surroundings.
No life. Not yet, anyway.

September was flying over the Land of Milk and Cookies, nearing the border with every beat of her large, white, feathery wings. Her dark hair flew behind her as her dark eyess scanned the horizon. There seemed to be someone standing at the border. She could see the tinny, dark outline of a winged being even from here. September tucked in her wings suddenly and dove towards the border, gathering speed as she plummeted through the skiess. She spread her wins out at the last moment, landing gracefully on the ground near the winged person.. She drew out her sword and pointed it at the demon as she now clearly saw it was."I am Semptember, leader of the Sandmen. What is your business here, demon?"

Sin's bat-like wings outstreached themselves and shivered. She smiled, revealing sharp, straight fangs. "I am Sin, follower of The Nothing. Why is my buisness in your interests?" she asked, her voice was sweet, almost innocent, but her blood red eyes gleamed.
"What is the life of a lowly Demon to and Angle of your standards, hmm?"

The tips of September's wings curled slightly in anger as she heard that the demon followed The Nothing's ways. It always annoyed her to hear that people joined that...thing. She sighed softly and pointed her sword at the border. The border was clearly visible because the grass on one side was green and alive while the grass on the other was brown and dead looking with black scorched parts. "That is why. No follower of The Nothing is allowed past this border."

Sin cleared her throat loudly and pointed down to one leg, which was past the boder. "I appear to be crossing the border." Sin smiled, a mirthless smile, that left her scarlett eyes cold. Her pale skin almost shone in the moonlight around her. "Is there a penalty I must pay? Or are you going to let me go free?"
She jumped high into the air and glided over to the land of Milk And Cookies. "Really. I mean no harm."

September scowled as Sin pointed out that her foot was already in the Land of Milk and Cookies. She would have cut off the intruding limb if Sin hadn't leapt into the air at that moment. September did likewise, flyiing fast to catch up to the demon. "Leave now and you shall be unharmed." She pointed her sword at Sin again. She didn't want to use any of her other powers at the moment, not until she knew what Sin could do.

Sin smiled, then pouted like a spoilt child. "Aww, puh-lese. I won't do anything nasty. I'm a good little girl." She said, in a fake baby voice. Sin gave a mad cackle leaping up into the air and hovering a few feet above the ground, large wing flapping magestically. "Now now, there's no need to be violent."
Sin clasped her hands together, a crackling fire ball forming in her palm. "Like I said: I mean you no harm." She threw the fireball up into the air, obviously not caring where it would come to land.

September gave Sin a raised eyebrow look when she said that she meant no harm. She then scowledd slightly when the demon made a fireball appear in her hands and threw it in a random direction. September used her power over air to steer the fireball out of the Land of Milk and Cookies and towards Nightmare Grotto. "If you mean us no harm, then why are you throwing fireballs?" She put one hand on her hip while she beat her wings, rising several feet into the starry sky.

Sin rolled her large eyes, as if it was painfully obvious. "Because fire makes me happy. It's better to have a happy deamon to an angry one, wouldn't you say." Sin did a little cartwheel in the air, then hovered in an upsidedown position. "But really, I mean no harm. I was just having a bit of fun."
Sin remained upside down, but her face didn't redden. It was like she didn't have enough blood in her for it to run to her head.

September gave Sin a thoughtful expression for a moment. "And you couldn't have fun over there?" she pointed her sword in the direction of Nightmare Grotto. "Why did you have to come over here to have fun?" She watched as Sin did a cartwheel in mid-air. It wasn't that impressive of a trick. September could do it, but she didn't feel any reason to. It seemed so silly, and it would put her guard down.

Sin grinned, desplaying her fangs further. Slowly, and very faintly, colour tinted her pale skin. But only just. It was a very light pink, instead of bright red. "I came over here, because in the Nightmare Grotto everyone would rather talk than fight. And the select few who do fight with me are away at the moment." Sin whirled herself the right way up, then swooped a little further.
"Do you like fighting? I do. It's fun. And it toughens you up." Sin smiled again. "But really, I mean no harm."

September continued to give Sin a look of disbelief. She didn't believe that people didn't fight in Nightmare Grotto. You couldn't have a nightmare just with talking, and Nightmare Grotto was the place for nightmares. "If you came here to have fun and since your idea of fun is fighting, wouldn't that mean that you ddo want to harm us?" September's wings fluttered softly to keep her hovering in place while she watched the demon. She wouldn't let Sin out of her sight until she was back in Nightmare Grotto where she belonged.

Sin smiled mirthlessly. "I only fight the willing and the worthy. The rest are a waste of time." She watched September for a moment, her cold red eyes condidering the angle. "Will you fight me?" she asked, suddenly savage. "Instead of always questioning, will you test your strength against me?"

September was greatly taken aback by Sin's sudden impulse to fight, not that she was surprised by it. Slowly, she moved her sword until it was pointed at the demon again. "Well, I'll have to if you don't leave soon." She beat her wings, making her rise a bit more into the air. As an angel, September only fought when she needed to. If she had to fight now, she would to the best of her ability.

Sin gave a delighted cackle when September drew her sword. She reached behind her a drew her bow, plaing an arrow in it. "Good. Let's test the might of good against the power and cunning of evil, shall we, Angle?" She flew so she was level with September, her leathery wings curved the icy wind that blew over from the Nightmare Grotto.
"So, it begins." Sin drew back the bow, then let go. She watched with satisfaction as a shower over flaming arrows flew toward the angle.
