She crossed her arms as she watched Jimmy get his punishment. He panicked even more when he registered the fact that there was a fist coming at his face. Jimmy tried to run but he was too slow. There was a sickening crack and a thud as Jimmy fell to the floor. His nose was broken. No one seemed to concerned except for a couple of preppy girls who rushed to his side and immediately started insulting Ace and consoling Jimmy. Somebody ran off to tell a teacher to call 911.

Ace calmed himself down as this guy fell to the ground with a blooded, possibly broken, nose. A small feeling that he had accomplished something made him kneel down, “You’re pathetic.” He said, not bothering as to what the girls around the guy said to him. Heck, he didn’t care what anybody said about him, it never hurt him. He got up, and looked over at Anna. Walking over to her, he put a arm around her, “You okay?” He was just doing to console her, not to act like he won the girl after defeating the bad guy.

She nodded in answer to Ace's question. "Yes. Very," she said. Anna was so happy she forgot to be scared of another person being so close to her. She wanted to rub it in Jimmy's face but it wouldn't work since he was only half-conscious at the moment. "Thank you." Anna actually smiled up at him. It had been a while since she gave someone who wasn't related to her a genuine smile. It suited her.

Ace smiled as he noticed Anna had actually smiled. This was turning out wonderful. Maybe she would have more friends now, and less enemies due to the fact that it seemed she was finally opening up. He rubbed her head slightly, messing up her hair, “Never fear, Ace is here.” He chuckled slightly. Just then, a serious look jogged it’s way over onto ace’s face. He spoke slowly, and sternly, “I should be going.” He was leaving town, and he didn’t have time to play Superman. [/size]

She made a playful face as he messed up her hair. It felt like she was with her brother. Anna ran a hand through her hair to make it look decent again and looked up at him curiously when his mood changed. She frowned slightly and asked, "Why?" Anna had seen Ace around school before and he didn't seem like a person who would rush to leave a room when there were other human beings in it.

He smiled, when he saw the look on her face. She settled it down again, thankfully. He had messed it up badly, and all she could do was cope with it. Oh well, it was all friend stuff. “I’m leaving.” He said, firmly. He looked around, and saw that the crowd had cleared, except for a few still murmuring about the fight that had just occurred. “If anyone messes with you, tell them Ace will be back.” He said, as he walked away.
